Head of French-speaking Switzerland for our partner agency Bertakomm (Zurich, Bern, St. Gallen, Basel and Mendrisio), Romain Clivaz is also part of the ftc agency’s consulting team, where he brings his full expertise in issues of national scope.
Romain Clivaz has long experience at the interface between media, politics and public administration, and a strong network throughout Switzerland.
For four years, he was a personal advisor to a Federal Councillor, first in the Federal Department of Justice and Police, then in the Federal Department of Finance. As a political journalist, he worked in Bern and Brussels for the main French-speaking Swiss newsrooms: RTS, 24 Heures/Tribune de Genève and Le Temps.
At Le Temps, he was also head of events and launched the political podcast “Sous la coupole” (“Under the Dome”).
Romain Clivaz holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Geneva (2001) and a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in European Studies.
