Since June 1, 2025, the leadership of ftc communication has been strengthened with the appointment of M\u00e9lina Vigliotta as co-director. Together with Yan Luong and Fran\u00e7ois Huguenet, she now forms the agency\u2019s executive triumvirate and will continue to support ftc clients as a consultant.<\/p>\n

Having been active at the agency for 10 years, M\u00e9lina brings her deep knowledge of internal operations and her management sensibility to the team. She will oversee quality processes\u2014including ICCO (International Communications Consultancy Organisation) certification\u2014and human resources, with the aim of embedding the agency\u2019s values even more firmly into its corporate culture. \"\"<\/p>\n

Since 2015, M\u00e9lina has supported numerous organizations on sensitive assignments, particularly in crisis management, organizational transformation, and internal communication. She holds a Master\u2019s degree in Public Policy and Management (IDHEAP\/University of Bern) and a Communication Management diploma from the University of Applied Sciences of Fribourg. She is also a Certified PR and Communication Expert (SAQ) and was elected co-president of the Swiss Romande Public Relations Society (SRRP) in 2024.<\/p>\n
