After completing his law degree in 1980, Pierre-Alain Rattaz began his career as press agent for the Fédération Equestre Internationale. He establishes his first public relations agency in 1987, before opening his own publishing house. Among other books he published the first edition of the famous travel guide "Guide du Routard" for Switzerland. In 1999, he is offered to head the western Switzerland office of one of Switerzland's leading communication and public relations agencies, Peter Bütikofer & Company. In 2004, he becomes managing partner of Rochat & Partners Lausanne.
He benefits from a broad experience in corporate and financial communication, crisis management and Media relations, with a lean towards publishing and events.
In close relationship with business and management circles, he advises corporations and associations in the fields of health, industry and services. He also supported multinationals upon their establishment in Switzerland (Media relations, public relations events).
He is glad to offer his communication skillz to the effect of cultural or festive events. Tennis, running and mountain bike are just a few of his hobbies.
